The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, although there was an unexpected room change from two Queen sized beds to one King, which would have been better with prior notice. My stay at the Holiday Inn was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, but not as expected since I had booked two queen beds and instead got a king bed and a pull-out sofa, which wasn't ideal for my daughter's back. The check-in process was smooth, which was a plus.

The hotel had nice and clean rooms, but they felt like they had thin walls as we could constantly hear the next room. The service was very friendly, and they apologized for the inconvenience, which was nice to hear. The location was great, especially for attending a Twins game, and it offered a good sitting area. However, the hotel never cleaned the shower daily, as I noticed the same piece of hair in the shower shelf each day. The dining experience was one of the best I've ever had, offering a great variety of tasty food easily accessible from the highway.
